Insurance Coverage
Lactation Consultants of East Texas works hard to get your lactation visits covered by your insurance carrier.

We are in network and can bill directly to BCBS, Aetna, UHC, UMR, Champ VA, Cigna and Curative. We are also able to bill as out of network providers to Health First, Health Scope and The Health Plan and Others. Most plans cover at 100% with no out of pocket cost to you.

It's best to get pre-approved before scheduling. Use the link below to allow us to verify your insurance benefits. If we are unable to bill to your insurance, you will be considered self pay and will receive a medical receipt (super bill) after your appointment. This receipt can be submitted to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
